History
Phoenix is a joint stock company founded on January 1, 2002 which grew out of the Casse Rurali Trentine’s Investment Fund.
In addition to the Fund itself, the founding partners were the Cassa Centrale delle Casse Rurali Trentine and the Federazione Trentina della Cooperazione.
In subsequent years, a number of credit unions from a variety of Italian regions entered the company as shareholders. Today we count hundreds of institutions throughout Italy among our banking services customers.
